Joshua is at the nexus of design, engineering and fabrication. Trained at Purchase College, SUNY with a BFA in Theatre Design & Technology, Joshua's work has taken him from concert touring to live theatre, television and beyond. After graduation Joshua worked at Tait Towers where he was quickly promoted to Lead Technical Designer for their scenic and video products. Deciding to return to New York, Josh settled at Showman Fabricators where he frequently applied his acumen to the company's most ambitious projects. Other work experience at licensed engineering firms, theatre companies and world class fabricators allows him to speak many languages and effectively collaborate with all the players in a project.

Abby graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, School of Design and Production where she obtained a BFA in Scenic Technology. During her time at UNCSA, Abby donned many hats, from Fabricator to Technical Director, executing designs for live theatre and television environments. After earning her degree Abby worked on the technical design of major theme park environments, a path that ultimately led to Ibex Innovation. Abby's experience across various aspects of the production process contribute to her fluency as a technical designer and enables her to collaborate well with fabricators and designers alike.

Nicolas is a highly experienced designer who has mastered 3D rendering, animation, technical drawing and prototype production. He is enthusiastic, curious and loves solving complex technical challenges with demanding time constraints. Since his childhood, he’s always been addicted to creating stuff, which is probably where he got his passion for engineering. Outside of work he enjoys life, the universe and everything!

Emily first graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey gaining a BA in Theater with a concentration in Design/Technical Theater. During her time spent at Ramapo she tried a little of everything theater and found herself gravitating towards scenic fabrication. Wishing to continue her education she obtained an MFA in Technical Direction from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. While at UNCSA Emily found that she specifically enjoyed the technical design aspect of technical directing which led her to her position at Ibex Innovation. She is always refreshed and excited to meet the challenges of every new project that comes her way.
